All prices listed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure options provided during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UAE and GCC countries. Free shipping is available on orders over AED 1,000 within the UAE. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Customers may specify special instructions at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must present a valid proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, typically within 7–14 business days, once the returned product is received and inspected.
